All trip payments are managed through me and I’ll send invoices for you to pay directly. I also handle any special resort or hotel requests like honeymoon or birthday amenities.

For flights, my in-house air team can book your airfare and assist with seat selections.

DMC: Destination Management Company. I work with vetted local certified tour companies that provide my clients unforgettable experiences. Additionally, I have a network of local operators/problem solvers if a situation occurs.

I manage all booking details for your accommodations, transfers, tours, activities, etc. I also take care of scheduling car transfers, private drivers, spa treatments, tours, sightseeing, custom and private tour guides, photographers, cooking classes, private chefs and recommending the best local restaurants of your destination (your hotel concierge is the best person to handle dining reservations)

Custom Itinerary Travel App that is Apple and Android friendly and/or itinerary sent via email — I take care of organizing all documentation and overall details for your trip.

I monitor your trip during travel to make sure everything is going smoothly. I’ll check in with both you and our travel partners to make sure you are having an incredible travel experience. Of course, we assist in troubleshooting if needed at any point during travel.

I reserve *4 star and 5* star accommodations. I don’t reserve accommodations on AirBnB or Home Away style companies. I do reserve luxury villas and luxury apartments through a variety of travel agent villa companies that are exclusive to travel advisors.
